Ryan

I grew up on a small island in Maryland called Kent Island. When I was growing up, I wanted to do it all. Be in the special forces, scuba instructor, police, and even a marine biologist. So when I started my Exercise Science degree at Salisbury University, I had absolutely no clue what I wanted to do with it. It wasn’t until my friend introduced me to a Strength and Conditioning internship that I fell in love with coaching.
After realizing I didn’t really care for the sports aspect of the coaching, I decided to make the switch to personal training. After training at some big box gyms near my hometown for a couple years, I needed a change. Up until this point I had lived in Maryland for 27 years. So, I quit my job and moved to Florida to participate in another unpaid internship. While in Florida, I visited Miami and loved it so much that I moved here. Some of my hobbies (besides exercising) included scuba diving, reading, and going to concerts.

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Amanda

Amanda graduated with her bachelors in Sports Recreational Therapy and Management from Florida International University in 2020. As a former D1 collegiate soccer player, she developed her passion for training. Not only does she have experience in strength and conditioning but she also has experience in the therapy field, as she worked as a tech/aid at Coral Gables Physical Therapy in 2020-2021. She is currently studying to get her certification as a Strength and Conditioning coach.

Her favorite exercise is squats because it works all the large muscle groups in your legs. (Glutes, quads, and hamstrings). Her favorite food is pasta and meatballs. Her passion is to become someone who can guide and be resourceful to everyone so they can live a strong and healthy lifestyle.

Josh

Creativity and resourcefulness are where my passion is born. Thinking outside the box.  I have a strong passion in the art of sales and using all those aspects to approach my day to day life. (THAT’S HEAVY DOC) – Back to the future reference . 
On other days you can find me on a kayak or Stand up paddle board enjoying the Sunny day on the water. I began my professional journey in fitness at the YMCA as a group fitness instructor (Group, Spin, kickboxing, personal training). Having been in Marital Arts since the age of 8, and then adding on the personal training/coaching aspect, and ROTC for Miami Dade college has allowed me to be physically active most of my life.

I have an associates degree from Miami Dade College .
I am certified Personal Trainer with NCSF.
